STANDARD LEATHER VS ENGLISH BRIDLE
I purchased the standard leather trooper about 8 months ago for my bodyguard 2.0.. At first, I was unsure about this holster. I was determined to give it a real chance and glad I did. After about a week I really started liking it. It broke in really nice. I now use this holster 95 percent of the time vs my other holsters. The only cons are the mag release on the bodyguard sticks out way more than I like and during lots of bending and stooping I have had it release my mag. To remedy this I filed the release just a little and problem solved. Also when raising my leg or i squat, the holster does put a little pressure on my leg and causes mild discomfort. Other than that, after breaking in and giving this thing an honest chance, it is great!!!
I just recently purchased a gently used g3 in brown English bridle leather . Urban Carry sent me black by mistake so I reached out to customer service to let them know . I liked the black so much I decided to keep it and buy again in the brown. Customer service waved shipping for the color mistake. I really like the bridle leather so much more than the standard saddle leather. It's slicker, better looking and even easier to draw.
Now I use the original saddle leather one when out on the farm getting dirty and use the English Bridle ones when on the town or staying clean.
These holsters will last me a long while.
No regrets buying these, just wish I would have found them sooner!!!!!
Also, the trooper will fit my sig p365, but…

Very comfortable
I wanted a holster that completely disappeared while carrying. This is not a holster that k would quick draw from but rather one that I would be able to fully conceal all day.
