We are truly sorry for the delay. We are as tired of providing the excuses as you are of hearing them. We are working around the clock to ensure your order is shipped immediately. Unfortunately, the 2020 "Shipageddon" is something we were forced to deal and it has carried on into 2021 like a bad hangover... BUT WE DO HAVE SOME SOLUTIONS TO OFFER. We do want to help - we really do.

With regard to the delays... our estimated delivery times are just that - estimates. We do sincerely apologize as this is not the experience we want to provide nor the response we want to give you but here is the skinny: **most people are now receiving their orders within 12 days of placing the order; some orders are taking up to 20 days. In the hardest hit areas, the Shippers (DHL, Fed Ex, UPS, USPS) are telling us to expect delays up to 30 days. Yes, 30 days. **

We understand this is frustrating and trust us when we say we share in your frustrations. Many orders are sitting at the shipper's distribution channels without movement for days, tracking is not updating for days at a time, some orders reflect as delivered but have not been and take an additional 72 hours to show up... We can't even get shippers to pick up from our locations on a regular basis right now (as we have come to expect routinely for many years). We have actually been put on restriction for how many packages we are allowed to ship. Yes, really. Apparently, this is the situation right now. Not the new norm, just the circumstance. We are all working together, doing our best to ensure you package arrives to you.

You can find out when your order will arrive by clicking on the tracking link within your confirmation email or you can "Check Status" on our website by following this link: https://urbancarryholsters.com/status. Please note that the Shipping Carriers are even telling us NOT to expect tracking to update on orders (even when we have packaged and shipped them). Still, use this tool to follow your package along its route.

We will put in a claim for your order once we have reached the mandatory 20 days threshold; shippers will not even respond to us until this date has been reached. To do so any earlier would be a pointless waste of manpower, we have instead dedicated this power to ensuring orders are shipping out. Again, we do not WANT to tell you this but we do want to provide the exact and honest expectation.

If you purchased the shipping insurance with your order, great. We'll send a replacement if it comes to that but most circumstances that has not been required (and again, will not be doing so before the 20 days).

We truly do appreciate your patience and thank you for continuing to support us through these challenging times.
