Gently Used Hyperion IWB ― 306

Does not fit Ruger lc9 with lasermax gripsense light/laser combo as suggested by company representative. Ordered IWB and OWB Hyperion for same pistol. Luckily I needed holster for kahr cw45 with tlr6 light/laser and it fits the Hyperion 306. Would have not ended so well if I the kahr didn't fit do to the no return policy. Funny thing is the kahr with tlr6 was suggested to fit the 301 Hyperion? I realize the disclaimer on web sight says make sure right size is ordered because of no returns but how can a customer be sure when the wrong holster is being suggested by company representative?

the IWB Hyperion 306 is too lose for my H&K CC9 despite the "fit chart" saying it works and indeed works fine in the OWB 306. I tried to get Urban Carry to send a smaller grommet and communication with an actual person was impossible. I started to go through the process of a return and finally they decided to send the smaller grommet. Hopefully that will solve the problem. Customer service is severely lacking.

The holster seems well made and I really want it to work. The "Gently Used" was just that, like new. Unfortunately I didn't read the fine print that"Gently Used" can't be returned.
