When I buy a “Gently used” holster from your website, I do still have the expectation that it: (1) is the right type for my gun. (2) is in a “gently used” state (3) will work as designed and specified for your product line and advertisements.
I just got off of a “support call” and for the first time hit a brick wall of unhelpfullness and anti-customer service. Very surprised, very frustrating….
This holster (as far as leather and stitching goes) is actually in nearly brand new state. The BIG issue is that the “lock leather retention system” does NOT engage with the trigger guard of my gun! I have tried every variety of adjustment and still the only thing holding the gun in place in this holster is the new leather that is stiff and not worked in yet.
I have five other Urban carry holster to these two guns, (some purchased used from you), and EACH of my other holster ALL work properly as specified.
I was just told by your customer service rep that you will NOT treat this as defective even though the actual “lock leather retention system” is not functioning…
Wow. This ONE feature is the sole reason that I have continued buying your products, for it is the one feature that no-one else seems to have.
How can you say that this one advertised feature that distinguishes you from all others is NOT a reason to find something defective if not working?
VERY poor customer service. I am shocked. If you do not correct this I will have to start spreading the word everywhere to warn…

Buyer beware. "Gently" is a misnomer. 218 doesn't fit XD-M Elite 9mm compact for feces.
