- MSMatthew S.Verified BuyerReviewingMavado OWB ― 418I do not recommend this productRated 2 out of 5 stars2 weeks agoVery disappointedThe angle of the belt loops makes this very uncomfortable and also a very awkward draw. the leather is not the quality that I have come to expect from your company. This was the third holster I've bought from you and the first one that im very disappointed in. and I went to return it and im being charged $12 for returning the product. I used to recommend your holsters to anyone that would listen... this is not a good OWB. Was this helpful?

It's comfortable on the hip at the 4 o'clock position and is breaking in quite nicely. I did notice that in this position, there's a disparity between off-belt retention and on-belt retention. Got much tighter, to the point I needed to loosen it up to the point where, off-belt, it had practically no retention at all, but on-belt retention is perfect. My guess is that it's the result of the X-Fire's fairly wide trigger guard design and the wear position causing some additional stretching (and thus tightening the fit). It'll probably need some additional adjustments as the leather breaks in further and molds around the firearm, and that's just to be expected.
