Great for its intended purpose
This is a great holster for deep concealment, 100%. After you break in the leather, and when positioned correctly, it looks like you have something shapeless and smaller than a smartphone in your front pocket. Additionally, the fact that the gun rides on the thigh means that the beltline is relatively clear, minus the indescript rectangle on your beltline. Still not sure what to say if someone asks what it is, but so far, no one has either noticed or cares to mention it. It's relatively comfortable, although I wouldn't want to run with it on. It doesn't replace the traditional IWB for comfort, quick access, or when doing more strenuous activity, but it conceals extremely well for an office job or even a date. Would recommend if that's what you're looking for!

Great holster
The G3 is a great holster, very comfortable easy to draw when trained with and worn properly can take some getting used to and learning where it's comfortable and best concealment. That's what knocked it from being a 5 star to a 4 star for my rating is. I think there should be more instruction provided on various fitment suggestions but all in all a great holster, as long as you're willing to learn and work with it.

They’ve gotten a little too big.
The G3 is a lot bigger than its predecessors. It’s wider with a smaller pull flap. I like the G2s quite a bit more.

So far so good. Does require some practice.
Only downside I can think of is that you have to fit the holster/gun correctly otherwise it bonks into your belt on the way out preventing it from getting out. Still trying different drawing techniques though.
