Refund policy

We do believe you will be thrilled with our products, but we understand that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be.  You may return your Urban Carry brand product within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund of the product.  Refunds will not be made for costs of shipping.  

*Important note: Breaking in an Urban Carry brand holster will not prevent you from being able to return it, so please, we encourage you to really break it in and truly experience the fit, comfort, and security our holsters offer.  If you have questions regarding fitment, break in, or sizing we encourage you to contact our team, who is available to help.   

To process a Return or Exchange please contact us for a short Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) to get the process started.  You may contact us by phone 888-661-5579, email, or through the website.  We try to make it quick and simple. A pre-paid shipping label will be provided which allows us to track the item(s).  Please note, we may not accept returns exchanges if: 1) you opt to ship the item yourself and tracking details are not provided, or if the item is not returned to the correct address and delivery may be confirmed via tracking.     

Refunds will be issued for the product(s) and any applicable taxes.  Services, such as shipping, will not be refunded.  Payment will be refunded in the same manner as payment was originally received.  Returns are not accepted beyond 30 days.  

What can’t you return or exchange?

  • Gift cards
  • Custom Orders
  • Items sold on Amazon (which must be handled through Amazon per their policy requirements).
  • Items bought through a Dealer (as we have no record of purchase)
  • Items marked “final sale” or “non-refundable” are sold “as is”

Faulty or Incorrect Item(s) Received

Please review your item(s) upon delivery. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us via phone or email within three (3) days of receipt of the order.  If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we’ll replace the item at no cost to you, shipping included.  Please note that we may require a photograph of the issue in question for confirmation and to allow us to use it as a training tool with our team.  We may also require that the item be returned to us for further inspection before a replacement is sent.
