Refund policy

We’re confident you’ll love your Urban Carry product, but we understand that sometimes an item may not be the right fit for your needs.

Eligible Urban Carry brand products may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Leather Holsters
Leather holsters purchased new may be returned or exchanged during the 30-day return period, including after the break-in process. Because leather naturally requires some break-in to achieve the best fit, retention, comfort, and draw performance, we encourage customers to fully use and evaluate the holster before making a final decision.
If you have questions regarding fitment, break-in, or sizing, our support team is happy to assist.

Kydex, Belly Bands & Other Products
Kydex holsters, belly bands, and other non-leather products must be returned in new, unworn, and unused condition, including all original accessories and packaging, to qualify for a refund or exchange.

Gently Used / Final Sale Products
Products sold as “Gently Used,” open box, pre-owned, “Final Sale,” or marked “Non-Refundable” are sold as-is and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
  • Gift cards
  • Custom orders
  • Items purchased through Amazon (must be handled directly through Amazon in accordance with their policies)
  • Items purchased through authorized dealers or third-party retailers
  • Gently used / open box items
  • Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Refundable”

Return & Exchange Process
To begin a return or exchange, please contact our support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). We strive to make the process quick and hassle-free.

  • Returns and exchanges are not accepted beyond 30 days from the original purchase date.
  • We provide a prepaid return shipping label with tracking details and RMA for processing.  If you choose to ship a return using your own shipping method, tracking information must be provided.  We are not responsible for lost or incorreclty addressed packages that do not have an Urban Carry label.  All returns / exchanges must have an RMA issued or will not be accepted.  
  • Urban Carry is not responsible for returns shipped to an incorrect address or returns that cannot be verified through tracking confirmation.

Return Shipping & RMA Requirements
Urban Carry provides a prepaid return shipping label and Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for approved returns and exchanges to help ensure accurate processing and delivery tracking.

If you choose to ship a return using your own shipping method, valid tracking information must be provided. Urban Carry is not responsible for lost, delayed, or incorrectly addressed packages that are returned without an Urban Carry-issued shipping label.
All returns and exchanges must have an approved RMA issued by Urban Carry prior to shipment. Packages returned without an authorized RMA may be refused or returned to sender.

Urban Carry is not responsible for returns shipped to an incorrect address or returns that cannot be verified through tracking confirmation.

Refunds
Eligible returns received within 30 days of the original purchase date will be refunded to the original payment method used at checkout.

Refunds include the product purchase price and applicable product taxes where required by law. Original shipping charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.

If a prepaid return shipping label is provided by Urban Carry for your return authorization (RMA), the cost of the label will also be deducted from the refund total. Return label fees are currently $8.50 but are subject to change without notice.

Please note:
  • Original outbound shipping charges may vary depending on the destination zip code and selected shipping method.
  • In certain states or jurisdictions, shipping charges may be considered taxable. These taxes are determined by local tax regulations and are not controlled by Urban Carry.
Once your return is received, refunds are typically processed within 1–3 business days. However, depending on your payment method and financial institution, it may take additional time for the credit to appear:
  • Credit/Debit Cards: Typically 5–7 business days
  • PayPal Refunds: Up to 10 business days
  • Refunds Issued by Check: Up to 10 business days
We appreciate your patience during the refund process.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within three (3) days of delivery by phone or email so we can promptly assist you.

If an item is confirmed to be defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error, we will replace the item at no cost to you, including shipping.

Please note:
  • We may request photographs of the issue for verification and training purposes.
  • In some cases, we may require the item to be returned for inspection before a replacement is issued.
