Peace of Mind Coverage is Urban Carry's own shipping guarantee. It is not insurance. If your package is lost, stolen or arrives damaged, we will replace it, give you store credit, or refund the affected item.
To make a claim: email Support@UrbanCarryHolsters.com within 7 business days of the delivery date, with photos and a short description.
Not covered: damage from misuse or unpacking, delivery delays, claims made more than 7 business days after the scheduled delivery, and a wrong shipping address given at checkout.
If a package shows delivered the same day you report it missing, we may ask you to wait up to 5 days, since carriers sometimes mark a package delivered early.
