The G3 holster is not gun specific but it is size specific. Ensure you have the right size holster for your firearm as if it is too large the firearm will sit too high creating an uncomfortable dig into your stomach. If the firearm is too small for the holster it may be difficult to draw.

The G3 holster fits my S&W Pro 1911 3” barrel with laser perfectly. The construction is very well made and worth the price. Just wish the leather was softer. I guess I’ll need to wear it in. Love it!

This is a great BWB holster. Over the years, I’ve owned a G1, G2 and now this G3 in English Bridle Brown. It’s definitely an improvement over the first two (which were excellent too). The magnet retention is very strong but separates easily when drawing. Regarding visibility by others, it’s very subtle. With my normal sized jeans/khakis, it looks like a long billfold is in my front right pocket (I carry at the 1:00 position). With slightly looser pants/shorts, it’s not noticeable whatsoever. It’s very comfortable while standing up walking or when sitting down.
The build quality is fantastic and the overall design is excellent. Sure, it could be a tiny bit smaller but whatever. I love this holster. This G3 is the best yet. If a G4 version were to ever become available, the only improvement I could imagine would be to make them a 100% customized design to fit every single handgun model. That’s just not realistic. Again, I love this holster—as is. My Mete Prime is nodding.

I bought this to go with my other similar Holsters that I’ve been using since 2016. Turns out I needed a magnet captain for one of my weapons. I actually prefer the magnet ones better because they’re more versatile, and I like to have lasers. You can use a non-laser weapon with a magnet just fine, but you can’t use the Lock with a laser. Over the last 10 years, these have proven to be the only combination I can wear every day all the time. Just got done practicing with my Mantis, laser Academy, and my Dry Fire Mag with the barrel laser ( the newest Dry Fire Mag option) and was able to consistently put down 2.0 first shot on targets at 6.6 yards. Times for draw to first shot on target varied from 1.85 to 2.25 seconds usually running in the 2.0 to 2.1 range. Not quite as fast as an open carry holster, but it’s worth it to me to be able to have my weapon with me at all times and not have it open to the public or stabbing me in the stomach when I sit down..
