Thank you for your interest in Urban Carry Holsters and Turning Point Distribution, LLC.

All information collected below is for internal use only and your information will not be disseminated. If you have any questions or concerns regarding our policies, please do not hesitate to contact your Turning point corporate sales representative at 888-661-5579.

If purchase is subject to resale, please complete and enclose a signed resale certificate with the Account Application form. Customers without this resale certificate will be charged with the appropriate sales tax as required by law.

This resale certificate shall be considered a part of each order, which we shall hereinafter place with Turning Point Distribution, LLC, provided such order contains our name, address and Resale Certificate Number. This certificate will be in full force until revoked in writing. In accordance with tax law this resale certificate will need to be resubmitted every new year.

Terms of sale: Including terms of payment and charges, for each purchase are agreed to be those specified on the face of each invoice. The customer hereby agrees to pay all cost of collection of legal fees should such action be necessary due to non-payment. It is understood that the venue for litigation will be made in Lake County, Florida and that by signing this application in the space provided below, we understand that we are hereby waiving our rights to litigate outside of Lake County, Florida. It is understood that if payment is not made and litigation of collections cost of any kind are incurred by Turning Point Distribution, LLC, we promise to pay any reasonable and necessary attorney, court, and/or collection cost Turning Point Distribution, LLC may incur while attempting to collect payment for goods sold to the above applicant. The above information is willingly supplied and the creditor is authorized to contact the above name, trade references, bank references as well as any third-party credit reporting agencies in order to establish the credit worthiness of the above-named company. If the applicant is not a corporation, the creditor is authorized to obtain credit reports on the proprietors, partners or principals. Should the creditor grant any credit, all decisions with respect to the extension or continuation shall be in the sole discretion of the creditor. The creditor may terminate credit privileges within its sole discretion. All checks returned by the bank as unpaid, will be subject to a $30.00 NSF fee and all accounts past due 30 days or more will incur a 1.5% interest per month up to a maximum of 18% per annium. *Credit card customers, by signing this application, you authorize Turning Point Distribution, LLC to hold your card information on file and debit your credit card for the purchase amount.
Personal Guarantee: In the event the business does not pay for their order, the undersigned for consideration, hereby individually and personally guarantee the full and prompt payment of all indebtedness heretofore and hereafter incurred by the above business. This guarantee shall not be affected by the amount of credit extended or any change in the form of said indebtedness. Notice of the acceptance of this guarantee, extension of credit, modification in terms of payment, and any right of demand to proceed against the principle debtor is hereby waived. This guarantee may only be revoked by written notice, which shall be sent to the creditor’s credit office by certified mail. Any revocation does not revoke the obligation of the guarantors to provide payment for the indebtedness incurred prior to the revocation. The undersigned personal guarantor hereby waives all rights to receive notice of default and presentment of claim. It is understood that Turning Point Distribution, LLC has the option to pursue any claim in connection with this agreement or related transactions against the personal guarantor without first pursuing the primary obligator.

Terms & Conditions of Sale

Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to final approval and acceptance by Turning Point Distribution, LLC. All orders remain the property of Turning Point Distribution, LLC unless the customer pays the items in full.
Online Sales: Turning Point Distribution, LLC reserves the right to terminate this agreement immediately if the company named below is selling any of the Turning Point product line on eBay.com, Amazon.com, or any other online retailer without prior authorization from Turning Point Distribution, LLC.
Product Inspection: Inspection of all items purchased from Turning Point Distribution, LLC is the sole responsibility of the customer. This inspection must be made within ten (10) business days of the original invoice. Turning Point Distribution, LLC is not responsible for missing items after ten (10) business days of invoice date, regardless of error or fault. A full one (1) year limited replacement warranty is on all products with warranty. Products subject to abuse or misuse are not returnable.
Returns: All returns must be accompanied with the original invoice. Non-defective items must be returned within 30 days of invoice. All returns for credit are subject to a restocking fee up to 20%. Defective items are exchanged for the same item only.
Refused shipments: All claims for incorrect shipment must be received within seven (7) days from the invoice date. If the purchaser refuses to accept shipment for any reason, Turning Point Distribution, LLC is entitled to a thirty percent (30%) restocking fee from the total of the purchase.
Payment: All payments will be made at time of purchase during the checkout process at UrbanCarryHolsters.com. For payment terms beyond those offered at UrbanCarryHolsters.com additional credit information is required. In the infrequent event that alternate terms have been granted by Turning Point Distribution to the buyer the acceptable payment for Cash On Delivery (C.O.D.) accounts are cashier’s check, money order or company check. Personal checks and temporary checks will not be accepted. Any returned checks for “Non Sufficient Funds” (N.S.F.) or “Stop Payment” will jeopardize the company’s privileges to pay in this manor. A thirty-five dollar ($35) service charge will be accessed to all N.S.F. checks and a thirty-five dollar ($35) service charge will be accessed to all checks placed on “Stop Payment”. Any non-payment will result in a charge to acquire payment on the credit card on file associated with the account. In the event a shipment goes without collection a late charge fee of 1.5% per month or fifteen dollars ($15) minimum per month will be charged for past due accounts, which ever is greater.
Warranty: This limited warranty covers all items sold from Turning Point Distribution, LLC. Returns are subject to the return policy stated above. Limited warranty only covers defect in workmanship and in the unlikely event does not cover phone damage and/or other damages due to use or misuse of products from Turning Point Distribution, LLC.
