Exchanges or Returns

Customer satisfaction is just as important to Urban Carry today as it was years ago when we first began making holsters. We pride ourselves on the technical assistance offered by our knowledgeable Customer Service team, who are happy to guide you through the holster selection process. We also offer a detailed guide to holster selection in our FAQ. However, since we're shooters ourselves, we also recognize that not all products work perfectly for all gun carriers, and that “it doesn’t work for me” is a valid reason to return or exchange an item. Because of this, we offer an easy and hassle-free return process.

Retail and online e-commerce customers who wish to return a product purchased directly from Urban Carry should follow these simple steps:

  • Contact Urban Carry Customer Service for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 30 days from the date of the order:
  • An RMA Form is required for all returns; no exceptions.  
  • Return the item to Urban Carry for a full refund (less shipping and handling fees) or an exchange.
  • Our return address is: Urban Carry Holsters, 2473 S Higley Rd STE 104-403, Gilbert, AZ 85295-1103.
