We do our best to get your order shipped as soon as possible.  With the use of a fulfillment warehouse we ship around the clock 24/7 365.  When you place an order with us we begin working on it immediately.  Regretfully, we cannot retrieve your order for modification or cancellation once the order is placed.  We do understand that this may cause some frustrations; however, we view this expediency in processing an order as a great benefit to our customers.    

If your order is already processing or has shipped you will need to complete a full exchange or return once you receive the package.  In this case, we can provide a short Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) and we will start the process immediately.
