If you did not receive a confirmation email from us with your order information, have verified your email address is correct, and have checked your SPAM or Junk filter please give us a call at 888-661-5579 to confirm your order has been received.  If you have received an order confirmation email from us but are still waiting on the shipment confirmation email, which also provides valuable tracking information, please contact us so we can determine the status and location of your order.  Please note it may take up to 24 hours before USPS or Fed Ex updates their tracking information so please check back periodically.
